Stand and Stuff Tortilla Protein quiche

Cooking for one can be fun and exciting when we think a little bit outside of the box! These gorgeous little Stand and Stuff Protein Quiche are a fantastic, easy option for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Easy to prepare and a no mess, grab and go option to eat, we love these so much and hope that you do too.

Of course you can change up your fillings to suit your taste. We cannot wait to see what you create.


8 Stand and Stuff Mini Tortillas
3 eggs
3 Scoops of Tasteless Protein Powder
¼ cup milk
2 Snow Peas finely sliced
2 Spring Onions
1 Tomato finely chopped
½ cup roasted pumpkin
5 small Bocconcini balls
Taco Seasoning
110 grams of Goats cheese crumbled
4 slices of Turkey finely chopped


Mix the eggs and Tasteless Protein together.
Add the milk to this mixture and combine well.
Stir crumbled Goats cheese through the egg and protein powder mixture.
Fill the stand and stuff boats with the egg mixture.
Top with the Snow Peas, Spring Onion, Tomato and Turkey.
Add a Bocconcini ball to each boat.
Cook in Air Fryer for 20 minutes on 180.
Top with your favourite herbs and a sprinkle of taco seasoning.
