These delicious Chicken & Feta Wonton Bites are incredible for lunch boxes and snacks. They are totally satisfying and easy to grab and go!
Add Tasteless Protein into the mix for an extra protein kick.
250 grams Minced Chicken
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon green curry paste (optional but we like some heat)
4 scoops Tasteless Protein
½ cup Grated tasty cheese
80 grams Feta cheese
Spray olive oil
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200 degrees C.
Lightly spray a pan with olive oil and add the chicken mince to the pan to brown and cook your garlic and ginger.
Add in the Tasteless Protein, curry paste, spinach and cheese and cook until the mixture is reduced.
Prepare a muffin pan by spraying it with olive oil and then add one Wonton Wrapper to each muffin pan.
Spray these lightly with olive oil and add another Wonton Wrapper to each muffin pan and then fill half way with the mince mixture.
On top of the mince crumble some feta and then fold the edges of the wonton wrappers down over the mixture to create little parcels.
Brush the top with egg wash and place into the pre heated oven or air fryer for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
