These Cinnamon Scroll Cookies are quintessentially Christmas and most importantly, delicious – the perfect treat for kids and adults alike, making those family gatherings even more special and heartwarming.
120 grams butter
½ cup Truvia brown sugar
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
¼ cup dried cranberries cut up
1 cup Plain Flour
½ cup Self Raising Flour
1 ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Water as needed
1 cup Noshu white choc chips
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and Truvia brown sugar in a large bowl.
Add in the eggs and mix well. Add Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, Cranberries, flours and the Cinnamon and Nutmeg and mix with a wooden spoon.
Add in a small amount of water if the mixture feels too dry and mix until a biscuit dough texture is obtained.
Using a dessert spoon as a measure make round cookie shapes and place them onto a pre lined baking sheet.
Once the cookies are placed use two circular shapes to gentle imprint your circles into each cookie, being careful not to press too hard.
Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until beautifully golden.
Allow to cool on a wire cooling rack. Melt Noshu White Chocolate and dollop.
