These chocolate cookies are perfect if you need a sweet treat without blowing out your macros! Try this Double Choc Chip Protein Cookies recipe that is low in carbs, but high in Protein. It’s easy to add Tasteless Protein into this recipe for that extra protein kick!
4 Scoops of Tasteless Protein
½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ cup coco powder
2 cups Almond Meal
¼ cup of melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Noshu Choc Chips
Pre Heat Oven to 180 degrees.
Line your cookie tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients except the choc chips and mix well.
Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients.
Pour in the Sugar Free Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract.
Combine all of this together and then add in the chocolate chips.
We use an ice cream scoop to portion out our cookie dough and make the cookies into the size that we want them to be as they do not expand while baking.
Place into the oven for 10 minutes and then remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the tray and then enjoy them!
