Create this elegant dessert to spoil your friends and family this Christmas!
Sweetened with Monk Fruit, you have nothing to feel guilty for! This recipe is Keto friendly and with Tasteless Protein mixed in, it will also count towards your protein goals!
3 Egg Whites
½ teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tablespoon corn flour
¾ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
Wipe a stainless steel bowl out with vinegar to ensure that it is perfectly clean.
Add room temperature egg whites to the bowl and beat with your mixer continually running until egg whites start to turn white and foamy.
Add vinegar and vanilla to egg whites.
Add monk fruit a little at a time allowing the monk fruit to combine slowly.
Add corn flour and Tasteless Protein Powder in the same way, a little at a time.
Mix until the mixture is thick and glossy – just like a normal meringue.
Turn mixture out onto a tray lined with grease proof paper and place into an oven set on 120 for 45minutes.
Allow the oven to turn off and keep the door to the oven closed until the pavlova is cooled.
We topped ours with low fat Greek yoghurt and fresh berries but you could use cream or sour cream or whatever takes your fancy!
