Rum balls are an all time Christmas fav! Try these high in protein Rum Balls with sugar free chocolate, made with our Chocolate Feel Good Shake and Tasteless Protein.
1 Feel Good Shake in Chocolate
4 weetbix (gluten free may be used also)
50 grams of cashews
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
40 mls of Rum (you may wish to substitute rum for rum essence – in which case use a few drops and increase the amount of water used)
1 tablespoon of coco powder
40-60 mls of water
Noshu chocolate melted to coat the rum balls in.
Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend until the mixture balls up.
Roll into balls and allow to set for half an hour.
Coat in melted chocolate if desired.
Recipe makes 8 – 10 rum balls
