This simple Tasteless Protein Chocolate Cake is just the sweet treat you’ve been looking for! Who doesn’t love a dessert that is packed with protein?
1 1/2 cups fine almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 ½ tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein (optional)
1/3 cup granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener or regular sugar
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix eggs and all dry ingredients together then add your choice of milk.
Once batter is all combined, pour into a greased and lined cake tin and cook on 180 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn onto a wire rack to cool.
Add 2 tablespoons of Coconut oil and 1/3 block of dark chocolate to a bowl and melt together.
Pour mixture over cooled cake.
