This high protein dip is perfect to eat with veggie sticks, as a sandwich filling, on rice cakes, cruskits or even pureed for the puree stage of recovery post Weight Loss Surgery.

2 Chicken Thighs Cooked and finely cubed
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup light sour cream
3 tablespoons of F. Whitlock & Sons BBQ Mustard Sauce
3 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ Red Onion
Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Finely cube two chicken thighs.
Mix all ingredients together and season as desired.
This dip can be used in so many ways. It is a wonderful sandwich filling, it is fantastic on pizza and great as a dip with vegetable sticks or with crackers.
