Get the party started with our Non Alcoholic Sangria With Protein. This is an awesome and friendlier adaptation of the delicious classic booze which can be enjoyed by anyone, even the kids. We opted to make this family friendly and alcohol free, but it tastes just as amazing as if we had used an alcoholic wine for this recipe.
Ingredients for Non Alcoholic Sangria with Protein
1 Bottle of Alcohol free, low sugar red wine (Hardy’s Shiraz)
200 mls of No Sugar Lemonade
300 mls Orange juice
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ an Apple
½ an Apricot
½ a cup Blueberries
Method for Non Alcoholic Sangria with Protein
Firstly, cut all of the fruit into small cubes and place into a serving jug.
Then, use a wooden spoon to give the fruits an enthusiastic mix together.
Using a smaller jug, combine the orange juice and the Tasteless Protein together until it’s mixed and combined well.
Add the Sugar Free Lemonade to the Orange juice mixture.
Pour this jug over the fruit.
Pour the entire bottle of red wine in with the fruit, orange juice, Tasteless Protein and Lemonade and mix well. Add more Lemonade here if you wish.
Top with blueberries and fresh edible flowers if you desire.
Pour into glasses and serve the Non Alcoholic Sangria With Protein immediately. Enjoy!
