This Peanut Butter Protein Slice goes nicely as a mid morning or afternoon snack when you need that extra protein kick! You’ll feel fuller for longer between main meals.
Powdered Peanut Butter (PPB) is a great way to add extra flavour into your recipes with a low fat, low calorie and healthier alternative to normal peanut butter!
Ingredients
4 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup golden dried mulberries
1 cup powdered peanut butter – PPB
2 tablespoons coconut oil
6 tablespoons boiling water
3 tablespoons no sugar maple syrup
Method
In a jug combine boiling water, coconut oil and no sugar maple syrup.
Mix until combined.
Place powdered peanut into a mixing bowl.
Add contents of jug and mix until everything is combined.
Add rolled oats and mulberries and mix well.
Place mixture into a lined glass dish and allow to set in the fridge.
Cut into bars according to your needs!
