There is something so comforting about our Perfect Chicken Meatballs, so much so we are confident this recipe can stop many hangry kids in their tracks and they work very well on grown-ups too! We strongly recommend these Perfect Chicken Meatballs to be served with our Perfect Teriyaki Sauce and zucchini pasta (or a traditional pasta if carbs isn’t an issue).
500g Chicken Mince
½ cup grated carrot
1 tbsp apple sauce
100g grated parmesan cheese
50g Panko Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp of garlic minced
1 teaspoon Sage powder
2 tbsp Mingle Ranch Seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Pre Heat oven to 180 degrees while prepping a large tray lined with grease proof paper.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken mince, carrot and apple sauce together until they are well combined. Then, add in all of the other ingredients and mix thoroughly!
Once all of the ingredients are combined, create meatballs to be the size you prefer and then, place them on a cooling rack that has been sprayed with olive oil that is sitting on a lined baking tray.
Afterwards, bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and arrange them in the dish you plan to use for serving.
Lastly, pour Teriyaki Sauce over the meatballs, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions. Dig in and enjoy the Perfect Chicken Meatballs!
