Chicken Meatball Sauce

Our Protein Teriyaki Sauce is an amazing condiment for various savoury bites and dishes across our catalogue of recipes and many more foods out there. This time, we made it particularly for our Perfect Chicken Meatballs. Be mind blown on how delicious and versatile this sauce is – give it a try at home!

Ingredients for Protein Teriyaki Sauce

400ml water
4 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
80 grams of Truvia Brown Sugar
80ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Cornflour

Method

Into a medium saucepan, pour the water and then the Tasteless Protein. Mix it together and allow the Tasteless Protein to fully dissolve.

Then add the Truvia Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar and both the minced garlic and ginger. Mix all of these ingredients until it is totally mixed through and simmering nicely.

Add a little splash of water to the cornflour and mix until it is able to be poured into the saucepan and mix continuously until the mixture is thickened to your taste and beautifully glossy.

Remove from the heat and store in an airtight container.

Best if discarded after 5 days.
