This is the easiest and most delicious high protein dessert that you can make. Just 3 ingredients, 5 minutes and happy times! We find that this recipe is excellent if you use it straight away.
You can also use this mousse as a topping for overnight oats and weetbix! If you intend to use it as a topping for your delicious overnight oat creations, then whipping the chocolate and yoghurt together with an electric mixer will yield a very creamy and smooth result.
Note – Due to shortages we were unable to source Noshu on the day of filming but would suggest using that.
200 grams of Greek Yoghurt
100 grams Noshu Dark Chocolate Chips
2 scoops Tasteless Protein
Melt chocolate chips either in microwave or over a pot of boiling water on the stove.
Place all the ingredients, including melted chocolate into a mixing bowl and with either a hand or stand mixer.
Beat together until the mixture is combined and deliciously creamy.
Spoon into serving bowls or cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
Top with some no sugar powdered chocolate and fresh berries to serve.
