Lasagne is an all time favourite for many people, but an even better choice when it’s high in protein!
Try this recipe and see how easy it is to add extra protein with 2 scoops of our Tasteless Protein.
500g Chicken mince
1tsp Onion powder
1tbs Garlic powder
1tsp Ground coriander
1tsp basil leaves
1tsp Chicken salt
2tbs Oyster sauce
100mls Chicken broth
1/2cup Baby spinach
1/2 jar(95g) Basil pesto
2 scoops Tasteless Protein
20 squares Wonton pastry (2/1/2 per serve)
Brown chicken mince with herbs and spices.
Add oyster sauce, chicken broth, baby spinach and zucchini.
Cook until everything is soft and mince is cooked through.
Mix ricotta, tasteless and pesto together in a ramekin.
Layer ricotta, chicken and wonton wrappers alternatively until you reach the top of your ramekin.
Top with slice of mozzarella.
Bake in a 180 degree oven until golden on top!
