2 cups oats
1 Chocolate Heaven Feel Good Shake
2 Scoops Tasteless Protein
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetner (optional)
1 cup mixed berries for the bottom of your baking dish
Sugar free Maple syrup to drizzle over the fruit and the top of the oats if desired.
Blitz rolled oats in bullet blender.
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix.
Spoon mixture over the top of the berries and sugar free maple syrup.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 30 – 35 minutes.
