These protein bites are perfect for anyone on the go and in need a little protein kick between main meals!
6 Wonton Sheets
½ cup grated Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Ricotta
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tsp mixed BBQ Seasoning
Baby spinach leaves (2 for each cup)
¼ cup Danish Feta
Place Wonton sheets in muffin pan (my pan is non-stick so I did not spray or grease it).
Mix eggs with tasteless protein and ricotta cheese.
Season with BBQ Seasoning.
Place a couple of spinach leaves in each little Wonton case.
Crumble Feta into each Wonton case.
Pour in the egg mixture to the level of the Wonton sheet inside the muffin pan.
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 22 minutes at 180.
