This is a delicious take on a classic Rocky Road and made a little friendlier for tiny tummies!
3 bags of Noshu Choc Chips (use your favourite– dark, white or milk)
2 Scoops of Tasteless Protein
½ cup of Almonds
½ cup of Cashews
¼ cup Organic Coconut Oil
1 bag of Marshmallows (use sugar free marshmallows if you prefer)
1 bag of Coconut Crispy Rolls
1 Feel Good Protein Jelly made into Protein Gummies
Make your Protein Gummies and allow them to set in the fridge. (See our Protein Gummie recipe)
Melt chocolate in the microwave, checking regularly to prevent it from burning.
In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave and set to the side.
Line a brownie pan with baking paper.
Place the Coconut Crispy Rolls onto the base of the lined brownie pan and stack all of the other ingredients on top of the Coconut Crispy Roll base.
Into the bowl of melted coconut oil add theTaste less Protein Powder and mix well until it is well combined.
Mix the coconut oil and protein powder into the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Pour this delicious mixture over the top of the Rocky Road base until it is all covered and allow to set in the refrigerator.
