This is such a gorgeous dish! Rainbow flan can be adapted so many ways to suit your individual needs and preferences but for a hearty meal we love this version! You can easily add Tasteless Protein in this recipe to get an extra protein boost with this meal.
1 sheet of Puff Pastry
500 grams of your minced meat of preference
1 block of Philly Cream Cheese
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein Powder

Sweet Potato 1
Red Capsicum 1

In a flan dish, blind bake the puff pastry crust for your flan.
Once cooled leave to the side until you are ready to fill it.
In a frying pan, cook your mince to your own personal taste.
We used a taco seasoning in ours with additional mince and garlic.
Place cooled mince into a bowl and mix in Philly then place this mixture onto the base of your flan.
Prepare your vegetables by cutting them into long thin strips and starting at the centre of the flan, work your way outwards.
When all of the top of your flan is covered spray the vegetable top with avocado oil and bake in a180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
