Place the head of cauliflower that you have processed in your food processor, cooked and squeezed all of the liquid out of, into a large bowl.

Flake smoked Salmon into the cauliflower and thoroughly mix.

Add in dry Coleslaw and coriander and mix well.

Pour Tasteless Protein by Feel Good into the Chili and Oyster sauce and mix until well combined and then add this to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well.

Make the mixture to seal your spring rolls and then assemble them as per the video instructions.

Place on a lined baking tray, spray with avocado oil and bake for 25 minutes or until your desired level of colour on the spring rolls is achieved.

To serve these we love to make a quick peanut sauce using PPB, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein and some oyster sauce!  When making quick sauces for lunch boxes we take every opportunity to increase our protein!  We find that these are fabulous for lunches!  Enjoy.
