Hands up if you love a quick easy meal that you can get ready for lunch or dinner without even turning a pan on!
This recipe is all of those things, full of flavour, quick and easy to make which makes it perfect for when you want a great protein hit and you want it now!
We cooked our Quick Chicken Curry Mini Wraps in the air fryer for 12 minutes on 180 but you can have them without grilling too if you wish!
1 packet – (6 mini wraps) Simpsons Mini Keto Wraps
2 cooked chicken breasts (we brought a whole pre-cooked chicken)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Black Pepper to your taste
2 teaspoons Mr. Chen’s Thai Green Curry Paste
3 tablespoons Ricotta
2 tablespoons Lite Coconut Cream
3 scoops Tasteless Protein
1 cup dry slaw mix
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup grated cheese
Place your mini wraps into an oven safe dish and set to the side.
Pre-heat Air Fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Chop chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
Place chicken into a large bowl and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
Add thai green curry paste, ricotta, lite coconut cream and tasteless protein and mix well to combine all of the ingredients.
Add the salad components to the chicken mixture and mix again.
Fill each mini wrap with the chicken and salad mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and then cook in the air fryer until the cheese is melted to your desired level of golden gorgeousness and enjoy!
