Smoked Salmon Protein Boats

These fun little salmon protein boats are the perfect, high-protein meal for an easy week night dinner or to pack in lunchboxes.

Ingredients

150 grams smoked salmon
6 Eggs
4 scoops of Tasteless Protein
360 grams Ricotta Cheese
½ a cup of finely sliced Leek
1 Tablespoon Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
1 teaspoon garlic salt
12 Mini Burrito Boats

Method

In a large bowl mix Tasteless Protein, Ricotta, Eggs, Leek and Garlic Salt.

Mix until well combined.

With a fork, lightly mash the smoked salmon and add it to the batter.

Once the salmon is incorporated, chop your herbs of choice into the bowl.

Place your 12 mini Tortilla Boats into a large dish and fill them with the mixture.

Top each of the boats with grated cheese and herbs as desired.

Cook in a 180 Degree C Oven for 25 minutes or until beautifully golden brown.
