This Spinach Pesto recipe shows how easy it is to add extra protein into all your favourite foods including a dip you can enjoy with crackers!
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup cashew nuts
¼ cup good quality olive oil
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tablespoons minced garlic
The juice of half a lemon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 cherry tomatoes
2 large bocconcini balls
Your favourite crackers
Place all of these ingredients into your food processor and pulse until the pesto is to your preferred consistency.
To plate this recipe up for Christmas we love to put it onto a bed of hummus then decorate with cherry tomatoes and bocconcini.
We place a bowl of our favourite crackers in the middle.
This pesto is also brilliant as a condiment on sandwiches, pizza bases, and as a sauce on zucchini noodles or pasta of any kind.
