Ingredients
2 Weetbix
1 scoop Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
60ml Almond Milk (use whatever milk you prefer)
160g yoghurt – we used Tamar Valley Greek Yoghurt
25g Feel Good Shake Strawberry Bliss by Feel Good Protein
Fresh Strawberries
No Sugar Sprinkles
Method
1. Crumble two Weet-Bix into the bowl you plan to serve from.
2. Add one (1) scoop of Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein over the Weetbix
3. Pour 60ml Almond milk over the top of the crumbled Weetbix and allow it to soak in.
4. Top the Weetbix mixture with a layer of strawberries
5. To make the yoghurt mixture on top, combine 160g yoghurt with 25g of Feel Good Shake Strawberry Bliss inside a separate bowl.
6. Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the Weetbix base and then top with a layer of sugar-free sprinkles.
7. Place the Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Weetbix into the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning with some fresh berries!
