Sweet Potato Skins

Sweet Potato Skins with Tasteless Protein

These are a fan favourite! Loved for lunch box treats, finger food for gatherings or as a side with dinner (or dinner itself if you have a tiny tummy) This recipe is absolutely delicious!


3 Small sweet Potatoes boiled
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 Teaspoon Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup grated Tasty Cheese
2 rounds of bacon chopped finely

Optional Ricotta and Butter – 1 TBSP each (We did not use them this time.)


Pre heat air fryer to 200 degrees.

Boil sweet potatoes and allow to cool.

Cut sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh and place into a bowl for mashing.

Place sweet potato skins on a lined tray.

Spray the sweet potato skins with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.

Place into the air fryer for 10 minutes on 200 degrees.

To make the filling for your Sweet Potato Skins mash the sweet potato flesh.

Add all of the remaining ingredients including Tasteless Protein to the mashed sweet potato and mix well.

When the sweet potato skins are crispy remove them from the air fryer or oven and place the stuffing mixture into them.

Return the potato skins to the air fryer or oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes on 200.

Serve with a sprinkle of parsley, a dash of aioli or some sweet chili and sour cream!
