Ingredients
6 Extra large eggs
250 ml Milk (any milk – we used almond)
4 Scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
120g Self-raising flour
1 Brown onion diced
100g Cauliflower (riced)
100g Broccoli (riced)
150g Grated carrot
120g Grated cheese
2 Tablespoons of Pimp My Salad Hemp Parm Cheez
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and wait for it to heat up.
2. Line your slice tin with baking paper and lightly oil it, so the veggie slice doesn’t stick.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and self-raising flour until well combined.
4. Add in the diced onion, riced cauliflower, riced broccoli, grated carrot, grated cheese, Tasteless Protein, and Hemp Parm Cheez. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared slice tin.
6. Bake for around 20 minutes or until golden.
7. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, slice and enjoy your delicious Veggie Protein Lunchbox Bake!
