Ingredients
6 Wonton Wrappers
5 Large Eggs
3 scoops of Tasteless Protein
2 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
½ Teaspoon Native Red Gum Salt
1 Teaspoon Mingle BBQ Lovers All Natural Seasoning
1 cup Leg Ham
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Spray 6 muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
Place a wonton wrapper into the muffin pan.
Into a large bowl add 5 eggs, 3 scoops of Tasteless Protein Powder, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, Salt and BBQ Mingle seasoning, being sure to stir in between each additional ingredient.
Add in the ham last and mix again.
Pour the mixture into the wonton wrappers and bake in the oven for 23-25 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
These are a fabulous on their own, or wonderful with tomato chutney!
