Wonton wrapper spring rolls

These mini spring rolls are great for work lunches, as finger food at gatherings, or as a starter or main depending on your portion sizes!

These beautiful bite sized rolls are based off an old family recipe that has been re-imagined! Adding Tasteless Protein to your recipe will help you increase your protein intake for the day.

Ingredients

A packet of Wonton wrappers
Finely sliced Camembert (This is an optional ingredient)
2 Spring onions
500g mince (We used lean pork mince but use your favourite)
One apple grated
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 Tbs oyster sauce
Tbs parsley
Tsp paprika
Tsp turmeric
Tbs garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste
A glass of water
One egg for egg washing the Spring Rolls when they are made.

Method

Mix together all of the ingredients into the mince, making sure to incorporate everything well.

Place a spoon full of mince into each wonton wrapper and fold and roll as shown in the video, sealing them with water rubbed along the wrapper edges.

Place on a lined baking sheet.

Brush each Spring Roll with beaten egg.

Bake in a pre-heated 190 degree oven for 18minutes.
