A packet of Wonton wrappers
Finely sliced Camembert (This is an optional ingredient)
2 Spring onions
500g mince (We used lean pork mince but use your favourite)
One apple grated
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 Tbs oyster sauce
Tbs parsley
Tsp paprika
Tsp turmeric
Tbs garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste
A glass of water
One egg for egg washing the Spring Rolls when they are made.

Mix together all of the ingredients into the mince, making sure to incorporate everything well.

Place a spoon full of mince into each wonton wrapper and fold and roll as shown in the video, sealing them with water rubbed along the wrapper edges.

Place on a lined baking sheet.

Brush each Spring Roll with beaten egg.

Bake in a pre-heated 190 degree oven for 18minutes.
