1 head of cauliflower
1 teaspoon garlic
4 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon mustard oil
Thai basil
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon Mingle mixed spice
Purple Cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 green and red capsicum
Salt and pepper to taste


Firstly, using a food processor, rice the head of one cauliflower.

Then, to a pan, add garlic and ginger and a small amount of your oil of choice (we use mustard).

When the ginger and garlic become fragrant, add in the cauliflower rice.

Sautee the mixture until everything is well combined and add the spices and soy sauce and tasteless protein.

At the very end of the cooking, add in your green and red capsicum, finely sliced purple cabbage and Thai Basil.

We enjoy this exactly as it is for lunches and dinners. It can be eaten as a main or loved as an accompaniment to other dishes! Whatever you choose, enjoy the Cauliflower Curried Rice!
