Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 Scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1/3 cup mint, finely chopped
1/3 cup Basil, finely chopped
6 eggs
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
180 grams halloumi, finely cubed
2 medium zucchini, and 2 medium Carrots grated
1 cup plain flour
1 Teaspoon of your favourite stock powder

Method

Firstly, preheat oven to 180C while lining a brownie pan with baking paper.

Grate the zucchini and carrot, chop all of the herbs finely and cube 180g of halloumi.

Slice the red onion very finely and the garlic also.

To a large bowl add all of the ingredients and mix everything together well.

Pour your mixture into a pre lined brownie pan and bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the top of the slice is perfectly golden and just set in the middle.
