Coffee and Vanilla Feel Good Dessert

Coffee Vanilla Dessert

Not quite a tiramisu, but our Coffee and Vanilla Feel Good Dessert is absolutely divine just the same. This smooth dessert is an excellent and delicious way of keeping the calories down over the summer months filled with get togethers and various celebrations. You can even pair this Coffee and Vanilla Feel Good Dessert with other fruits on the side as it blends quite nicely together.

Ingredients

2 coffee sachets
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
250 ml boiling water
2 I Savoiardi lady finger cookies per dessert cup
2 Vanilla Feel Good Shake sachets
300 ml Vanilla Almond Milk (whatever milk you prefer but we love the taste of the Vanilla So Good Soy in this recipe)
Fresh Raspberries as a garnish

Method

In a small bowl add 2 coffee sachets, 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein and 250ml of boiling water. Mix until this is well combined and frothy.

Break one lady finger cookie apart and dip the two halves into the coffee mixture and allow them to soak up the liquid for a few seconds, then place them into your desired glass or cup.

Repeat this process 3 more times.

To create the custard – add 300 ml of Vanilla Almond milk and 2 Vanilla Feel Good Shakes to a jug. Mix until you have a thick custard consistency and then, spoon the mixture over the glass/cup filled with coffee dunked cookies.

Dip one more cookie into the coffee mixture and put it into the glass/cup on top of the custard.

Top with remaining custard.

To finish off the Coffee and Vanilla Feel Good Dessert, we used a splash of sugar free maple syrup and a fresh raspberry on ours and they are delicious.
