1 Red Onion Sliced
2 Tomatoes Sliced
¼ cup Dehydrated peas
Fresh Basil
200g Feta
Avocado Smash Masterfoods Spice Blend
500g Liquid Egg Whites
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup Grated Cheddar


1. First, pre-heat the oven to 170C and line a Flan Dish with grease-proof paper. 

2. On a chopping board, cut up the onion and tomato and arrange them in layers on the base of your flan dish.

3. Next, add in the dehydrated peas (or other veggies) and fresh basil.

4. Then, evenly pour 200 g of feta over the vegetables.

5. Generously season the ingredients in the flan dish using Avocado Smash Masterfoods. Note: Egg whites tend to overshadow other flavours, so make sure you season well.

6. Mix the egg whites and 4 scoops of Tasteless Protein, then pour this mixture on top of your other flan ingredients.

7. Sprinkle the Frittatas with some Grated Cheddar and a few basil leaves.

8. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

9. Serve the Egg White Frittatas while it’s warm with a salad on the side, if you wish. Store in the refrigerator and reheat for next time.
