Protein Cheese Dip Ball

Grazing platters are a sure way of keeping all of your guests happy with the variety! But what’s a platter without a signature cheese ball?!

Try this easy to make Protein Cheese Dip Ball and see how easy it is to add extra protein to all your meals!

Ingredients

250 grams Low Fat Philly Cheese
2 scoops Tasteless Protein
½ cup freshly grated parmesan
¼ cup dried apricots cubed (optional)
1 teaspoon flavoured salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Garlic powder to taste

Coating
80 grams Toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons Reduced Sugar dried Cranberries

Method

Toast pine nuts in a pan using a little of your favourite oil.
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Add Philly Cheese to a bowl and then add all of the other ingredients and mix well.
Roll into a ball shape.
To a clean bowl add the coating ingredients and mix well.
Place the dip ball into the bowl with the coating and roll in the coating until you are happy with the result.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
This works beautifully with vegetable sticks or crackers!
