Bring your breakfast or brunch to the next level with our deliciously Protein Hollandaise Sauce, to go with your favourite savoury dishes. While this sauce may seem a bit on the fancy side, it’s actually very simple to make. Follow below and try it!
Ingredients for Protein Hollandaise Sauce
1 cup low-fat greek yoghurt
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
3 teaspoons lemon juice
3 egg yolks
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons mustard
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
Use a double boiler and bring the water to a rolling boil.
In a heat proof bowl, combine the Yoghurt, Tasteless Protein, egg yolks and lemon juice. Mix them all well.
Reduce the heat of the water to a simmer and then place the bowl over the heat and stir for about 15 minutes.
Add seasonings to your taste and enjoy our Protein Hollandaise Sauce.
Note: You can keep this mixture in an airtight jar for up to a week in the fridge!
