We love these Cheesy Savoury Herb Muffins! They’re filled with protein, flavourful herbs and spices and melty cheese. They are delicious and perfect for an afternoon snack, lunches, or for morning tea or breakfast! They never last long at our place!
1 cup flour
6 scoops of Tasteless Protein
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup crumbled feta
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp mustard
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Add sprinkling of herbs of your choice
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees C
Add flour and baking powder, Tasteless Protein, salt, pepper and dry herbs to a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Add in the egg and mix.
To the mixture then add the milk and mix again.
Add boiling water and mustard together and combine.
Mix the mustard and water into the bowl and make sure that everything is well combined.
Add in crumbled feta and lightly stir through.
Use in ice cream scoop to scoop the mixture into the muffin pans and bake for 15 minutes in a 180 degree C oven.
