Our Tomato Raspberry Bruschetta With Tasteless Protein is about adding nutritious twist on a classic bruschetta recipe. 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Salt and pepper to taste
Baguette or crusty bread, sliced
1. Firstly in a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, raspberries, red onion, minced garlic and chopped basil leaves.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and the scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein until well combined.
3. Next, pour the dressing over the tomato and raspberry mixture and gently toss to coat the ingredients evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Allow the mixture to marinate for about 15-20 minutes to let the flavours meld together.
5. While the bruschetta mixture is marinating, toast the baguette or crusty bread slices until lightly golden.
6. Once toasted, spoon the raspberry tomato bruschetta mixture onto the bread slices.
